POST /send-mail-box Request Body
The request body is built by the calling component (dashboard/src/components/mailbox/index.tsx or dashboard/src/components/notes/NoteMailModal.tsx) and includes: note_id, module_id, module_name, note, created/updated timestamps, created_by_id/updated_by_id, requested_by_id/requested_by_name, recipient(s); plus one fixed categorization field: source: 'termit-mail-box'.
Backend contract — intentionally left unchanged
This literal value is a fixed contract field the backend expects for categorizing send records; changing it without backend-side coordination could break the real send flow, so it was deliberately left unchanged.
Notes
- This group does not run a "send mail" backend of its own — it only forwards a send request to the real backend (
platform.iqvizyon.com); actual email delivery happens on the backend side. - The note list on the Mail Box page auto-refreshes every 60 seconds.
