Mail Box

Route

/mailbox — removed from the sidebar menu, still reachable by direct URL.

Page Purpose

List which notes were emailed, to whom, and when, and let the user start a new send from here.

Fields on the Page

  • A header card: "Mail Box" title, a "Notlarda ara..." (Search notes...) search box.
  • One card per note: module name, note text, created/updated date boxes, a "Mail Gönder" (Send Mail) button (per-card loading state while sending, guarded against double submission).
  • A centered result dialog for the send outcome (success ✓ / error ✗ icon, title, message); auto-closes after 1.5 seconds or can be dismissed manually.

User Actions

  1. Type in the search box to search notes.
  2. Click "Mail Gönder" on a note card to send that note by email.
  3. Dismiss the send-result dialog.

Data Used

  • The note list (id, module, text, created/updated date) — auto-refreshed every 60 seconds.

Access and Visibility

Not shown in the sidebar (removed deliberately, same as Reminder), but the route carries no role restriction — any logged-in user (including the user role) can reach it by direct URL.

Components Used

  • dashboard/src/components/mailbox/index.tsx — the page's single component (note list + send flow).

API Communication

Action Method Endpoint Purpose
Fetch note list GET /iqv_notlar_listele List notes
Send note by email POST /send-mail-box Email the selected note to the specified recipient(s)

For details, see API Documentation › Mail Box.

State Management

  • Note list and search text: local React state, fed by a 60-second periodic fetch.
  • Send status (per-card loading/result): local React state, not kept in Redux.
