ADR 0002: Branch and Release Model

Status

Accepted as the planned operating model.

Decision

Use main, develop, feature/*, fix/*, release/*, and hotfix/*.

Customer deployments use versioned release artifacts from approved main tags, not arbitrary branches.

Consequences

• Stable customer installs
• Explicit release stabilization
• Manual approval gate before production deployment
