serve exits immediately

serve fails fast when MongoDB cannot be reached. Verify MONGODB_URI, network access, and credentials. Use iqv-integration-api check for a focused diagnosis. Secrets are not printed.

/health/live is 200 but /health/ready is 503

The process is alive, but MongoDB ping failed. Inspect MongoDB availability and ping timeout settings.

Health details returns 403

Set HEALTH_DETAILS_ENABLED=true only in trusted environments.

Configuration parse errors

Messages include the field name. Common causes are invalid durations, integers, TLS mode, or PUBLIC_BASE_URL.
