Windows Docker Deployment Tests

scripts/windows/docker/tests/DockerDeploy.Tests.ps1 — 55 Invoke-Case groups (1–23, N1–N12, O1–O9, R1–R11). No live compose up.

Covered: EnvFile, HostPort vs ContainerPort, native 4242 vs Docker 4243, localhost Mongo reject, host.docker.internal accept, compose CLI order, secret redaction, dirty tag, SkipGitPull ≠ AllowDirty, TestFailAt AfterComposeUp, snapshot naming, rollback uses snapshot not overwritten tag, Mongo untouched, non-zero exit after successful rollback, metadata not overwritten.

Live

Earlier written attempts #1–#3 on Docker E2E recorded tooling defects and RETEST REQUIRED. Operator-declared e2202ac qualification (clean install, external MongoDB, live/ready, reboot, NO-OP, ForceRedeploy, controlled rollback, metadata preserved) is listed on Live E2E. This docs task did not re-run that host.
